I have had a good day today.

Sam and I went to see The Time Traveller's Wife, with Eric Bana and Rachel McAdams. I was impressed. It delivered a fresh twist on the "time travel" genre. I really enjoyed it.

We went for a meal, which was also lovely. I'm a simple man, with simple tastes, and opted for Fish 'n' Chips. Sam had some chicken tenderloins. Even the accompanying salad was deliscious.

Some grocery shopping, quality cat time and bug spraying later, I found myself, on my laptop. I had a quick look at Domain options and I have now bought a " .com " for this blog. About time too!

I enjoy keeping a blog. It can be viewed as a record of what I think, what I am interested in and what I do in my life. Even now, I can look back and be reminded of times and events I would otherwise forget. Keeping a blog allows me to write. Even if it is about nothing of any real relevance to people out "there" in cyberspace, it is important to me. I love writing. I do.

In another year or so, it will be interesting to look back over my blog, and reflect on what I have done with my life. I can't even imagine what my blog will look like in 5 years. I can't wait!
