Yes!
That is after having asian food two days in a row. I felt really bad about it. Honest. The guilt was awful, until I realised I still lost weight.
We didn't mean to have asian food two days in a row. We had decided on Friday, as a treat, to have some. But when we got home half our order was missing. I called to complain, and have to say the lady I spoke to was great. The high standard of customer service I received was a refreshing change from what I have become accustomed to, sadly, in Adelaide.
The lady explained she was glad I had called, as other people would possibly have not called, but simply not returned to her restaurant. My calling gave her the opportunity to put it right, and so gave us credit towards our next meal. I was impressed.
So of course this meant we had to have some more delicious asian food last night. Yummy! If you are in Adelaide, the restaurant was Simply Thai, on North East Road, Ridgehaven. Highly recommended!
Then today, after a 10km walk, I weighed myself and got a pleasant surprise with the continued weight loss.
We got pedometers recently too, that measure distance, steps, calories burned etc, but unfortunately they seem to be faulty. So at the moment I use google maps to estimate the distances we are walking.

It is good for me to see and compare pics like these. I don't always feel I have lost much weight, even though I can wear smaller trousers etc. Pictures are a good form of proof for me.
Off now to have some salad for tea. I will leave you with this thought...
A friend told me today that every time a fly lands on you, it vomits. Nice.
