Hey people. Hope you are all well.
Recently I was asked what my life goals were. Such a difficult question! Even for a star child. I have so many goals and ambitions. I fear life may be too short.
I suppose I should say one goal I have is to have a popular and well received blog.
I am trying to lose weight and get fit, but I can't understand why I have lost 1 & 1/2 stone (in old money) and I look the same. I appear to not have lost any inches. So where has that weight been lost from? MMmmmm I will keep at it though.
Perhaps I should say my heaviest weight was 18st and 8lbs. I am 5ft 10. I am now 17st. Perhaps I have so much weight to lose, it will take a while to notice. Last night I had my second session at the gym. Was OK actually, kind of enjoyed it. I'm not sure why I should be reluctant to admit that!
Other goals include writing, and having published, books (yes, plural), moving to Oz (ongoing) and having children (further complicated by neither me nor my partner being in possession of a womb).
Entrepreneurial in nature, my own business ventures hold an interest too. I have started a web based service offering health consultations. I have included a link to the right, if you are curious.
I have other business ideas, but time is limited and other areas of my life need attention too. I may be blessed and get all my ideas through to fruition. Time will tell. I may one day own chains of kennels, cafes and a nursing agency. Advice, tips and comments are all very welcome.
Do you have goals? Sit down and think what you want from life. Make a list. Then make a list of requirements for those goals to be achieved. For example, if you want to have your own business, do you need to do a college course, perhaps in business itself. What other skills do you need? Perhaps you need funding, and a business plan. Who could help you with that? If you make a plan for yourself, it can help by showing how serious you are, and by keeping you on track, even when you feel like giving up.
