Still Raining In Adelaide

Today is 22 September 2009...and it is still raining in Adelaide.

The winter, I am told, should be over, finished, at an end...but nature has other plans.

Thunder and lightning punctuated yesterday. Storms here are great (for those of us who enjoy a good storm). Still, would be nice to have some more "nice" weather. A few days recently, the temperature got up to 31 degrees. In the middle of summer it can be as hot as around 46 / 48 degrees. It will be...an experience.

Even with the rain pouring, we thought we should go for a walk. We came across a little Indian restaurant just around the corner from us we never knew was there.

Two chicken korma's, a cheese naan and a kulcha naan later, we were as happy as pigs in muck. It was delicious, and cheap. So I feel there may be some further, worthwhile, investigation of their menu.

It is still raining. Murder She Wrote is on TV and Miss Fletcher is doing her usual crime fighting best, finding justice for who is probably yet another relative in trouble.

I may read some more of my current book - Stephen King's The Dark Half. Page 71, and I am enjoying it very much.

If you have read it, leave a comment and let me know what you thought. But please, please, don't spoil the story for me. Thank you.
