I can assure you, though, that I am much more like Bill Bixby than The Hulk.
I aim to be more positive. I think the last 18 months has caught up with me.
I am tired.
Emigrating, starting a new job and beginning a new life has taken a lot out of me. It has been fun, and at times easier than I thought it would be, but it's still been hard.
I have time off booked. I can't wait til I am on holiday and I can literally do nothing for a few weeks. Time and space to recharge my batteries will be much appreciated.
I looked at ways of bringing more positivity into my life.
Affirmations are a lot of effort, but apparently they do work.
I have read about positive affirmations before, but never tried it for myself. If anyone out there reading this has tried it, let me know how you got on.
Exercise...well exercise is exercise. Exercise will be revisited. Ha!
Meditation takes discipline. And effort. I used to meditate, a lot. I did feel benefit from the practice, but apathy has crept in and I haven't done it for years. I think it is time to go back to it.
A friend recently told me she was going along to a meditation group, and was having mixed results, but overall having a positive experience. I feel motivated after speaking to her.
I am also eating more fruit and trying to drink more water.
I hope to be floating around, 3 inches off the ground, shortly, with all the love, light and positivity I will be sending out into the universe.

Either that, or I will be 3 feet off the ground, lifted by a crane, through my front lounge window, because I have put on so much weight with all that "natural" sugar in the "healthy" fruit I am eating.
But I am being positive.
Honest.

I was wondering where Bill Bixby would be going -- LOL
Good luck with all the positive changes and the time off; sounds like a great idea! I'm trying to drink more water too, eat healthier, more exercise... meh. Harder than it looks! I hope you have better luck (and perseverance) than I!
Aw, thanks Susan.
I feel more positive already.
It is hard work, but the pay off is BIG.
Good luck in your new life and Australian endeavors.
And just so you know...The Hulk is ripped and fit but he is green, naughty and only should be out on St. Patty's Day. I think he is a giant Leprachan.
Bill is much more suitable...
Thanks Momma. I can feel the love.
You are right, I think, about the Hulk. Always thought he looked Irish.
