Teddy - Post-Op, And A Poll

Teddy is home, not entirely in one piece, following his being desexed.

We have only had him home for 30 minutes or so. He definitely looks stoned. His eyes are like saucers!

The vet assistant assured us, when we collected him, that he had plenty of analgesia on-board, and that he should be covered for pain for up to 3 days. He doesn't look sore at all.

She also told us it was key hole surgery, and that the hole is so small he didn't even need a suture.

He looks pretty content actually. I can only imagine he is still processing what happened today.

He looks well, and I feel secure that his op has been a success.

I have been playing around with my blog design again, changing some colours and fonts, and adding some page footer modules. There is always room for improvement!

One gadget I added in the footer lists some of my posts which appear to be the most popular. Another gadget I added gives some insight into the numbers of people who visit my blog over a period of 30 days.

I also added a poll, for fun. You will have been living under a rock if you haven't heard at least one or two theories concerning 2012, and how this year could mark some change on a global and cosmic scale.

Perhaps we will meet intelligent life from another planet.

Perhaps our world will be destroyed.

Perhaps we will ascend and become something more than we are.

Or perhaps nothing will happen at all.

The poll asks what you think about Aliens, and if they are visiting our Earth. I have set the poll to draw to a close at the end of December 2012...
