Some sights of Adelaide

We recently went for a walk around the River Torrens. The Sun was out, and we took a packed lunch.

I tried to get a tan, but to no avail, not even in the warm Ozzie Sun. I will be pale as can be for at least another few weeks.

There was plenty to see. Wild life is a big thing here. There are many varieties of birds, including the Ibis and tropical parrots and cockatiels, as well as ducks and black swans.

We hired a paddle boat (pedalo), as any two, self respecting masculine men would do. It was great fun, except for the sore thighs afterwards.

It didn't take us too long to discover China town either. Wonderful places to eat. Wonderful people. We are getting quite proficient with chopsticks.

Eating out in Adelaide, has become one of our main hobbies. There is so much to choose from, and generally, eating out is as cheap or as expensive as eating in. Here is a pic of Sam, living the high life, eating steak on a balcony in a trendy area of Adelaide City.
